Thread & Colour Collide.

I remember when I was there in May I was trying to find a vintage table-runner in street stall and I spotted a grubby old leather bag hidden on a shelf behind a curtain. I asked the lady if I could please see it – and she exclaimed, totally embarrassed “Oh no! Very old! And dirty!” But I insisted and it turned out to be a collection of 4 ancient hand crafted kilim & leather bags. Of course I snapped them up and shipped them back to sell in our shop! Here’s a pic of one of them:

Spell’s rock’n out in:
Also pictured is one of the vintage Kilim Leather Bags (I have 2 left), please email me if you’d like to buy one and I can arrange a quote and sizing info etc. xx

Beautiful and amazing!!!
I just got back a few hours ago.. and I'm thoroughly depressed in three jumpers and jeans. Lucky I had this eye candy to remind me what I'm missing! XXX
this is one utterly amazing post! I've stumbled quite a few different posts from people's time in Bali and so far it looks like one magical place and also one big treasure hunt! love each and every photo :)
That bag you picked up is beautiful – it's funny how something can be regarded as an OMG HEART ATTACK item or “oh no, this really shouldn't be out on display” piece.
great post as always
