Terms & Conditions

1. This is a promotion run by Spell Designs Pty Ltd and is no way associated with Instagram
2. Entrants must post a picture within the week (each post from the @spell_byronbay signifies the beginning of the new week) with the relevant hashtag for that week to their own public (real, not a competition specific) Instagram feed (must be public so we can see the entry). Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
3. Winners will be selected weekly from the hashtag feed (week 1 #vintagespell week 2 #spelltravel week 3 #spellluxelace week 4 #myspellcollection).
4. Winners will be notified via an Instagram inbox message coming from our @spell.customercare account at that time.
5. Winners will need to respond with their email address within one week to claim their prize, we will email them with their $100 voucher. 4 vouchers will be given each week, totalling in $1600 value. The winner must select if they want their voucher for the Australian or US site depending on their shipping. Winners can be repeated if their entry is good.
6. If any winner does not respond within the above timeframe, we may have to choose alternative winners (same process as above).
7. Spell Designs Pty Ltd decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
